Using this application, you can explore the old wartime landscape around Ieper. You will be immersed in the places and event of the First World War, discovering the remaining traces and sites of interest that still dot the countryside. What's more, you can make a virtual walk along the old front line, thanks to a series of historical aerial photographs. You will see just how close to each other these lines really were and how thickly the trenches were sown. It offers visitors a unique experience, in which the past flows over into the present.
