The In Flanders Fields Museum is accessible to reduced-mobility visitors and persons with a hearing or visual impairment.

  • Reduced-mobility visitors

Wheelchair users can report to the entrance and are escorted to the lift. You and your assistant will receive a €4 discount off the individual ticket price.
Two wheelchairs are available at the desk. You can book them in advance.
There are benches in the museum and adapted sanitary facilities.

The belfry is only accessible via stairs.

  • Visitors with a hearing impairment

All displays are provided with the necessary texts, and all film fragments are subtitled.

  • Visitors with visual impairment

Guide dogs are welcome in the museum.
Your assistant enjoys a discount of € 4 on the individual entrance fee.
There is a special workshop for the blind and visually impaired, accompanied by a guide.
