Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed and sent by courier within 5 working days of receipt. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code so you can follow your package.
After that, the delivery times of the courier services apply and parcels are delivered within 2 to 6 working days on average.
Shipments to the United Kingdom are currently not possible due to new import restrictions. Our apologies! We are doing our utmost to find a workable solution as soon as possible.
The safe offering and processing of your transactions is done only under strict security conditions. When you leave information on the payment page or place an order, our payment provider checks whether the connection with your browser is secure. The network is scanned for various security risks on a daily basis. The servers are located in extremely secure data centres, supervised by a specialist NOC team. All credit card transactions are carried out with the support of the 3D Secure programme.
Returns and exchanges
Want to exchange or return an item? Send an email with your order number and reason for return to email@example.com and our customer service will contact you as soon as possible about the return procedure. You can return an item up to 14 days after receipt.
Terms and conditions:
Items must be returned complete, in their original condition and - if reasonably possible - in their original packaging (including any plastic sleeve). We only accept undamaged and unworn articles with original labels and tags. One-time alteration of clothing is not considered use.
Once the return is received in good order and has been inspected by us, the purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method you used.
It is recommended to use registered or recorded delivery mail when returning goods. As long as the package has not been delivered to us, the return is your responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
